About the Role
This role exists to build the systems that enable a great patient experience, ensuring consults are helpful, information is timely, and care feels personal at scale. You will work across clinical, product, and operations teams to identify patient needs and leverage AI and data to address them.
Responsibilities
- Identify where patients get lost, confused, or underserved in their care journey, and build automated systems and adaptive pathways to prevent it.
- Design and implement care pathways that respond to individual patient needs for personalized experiences.
- Build infrastructure to measure practitioner performance against best practices and provide automated coaching feedback.
- Define and build towards world-class patient care using tools like Claude, n8n, Zendesk, and Lorikeet.
- Raise the AI bar across the team by sharing work, surfacing successes, and promoting new tools and techniques.
- Use data and patient insights to diagnose problems, validate solutions, and proactively identify areas for focus.
Requirements
- You use AI natively as part of your workflow, with agents, automations, or code handling a significant portion of work.
- You prioritize understanding the user problem before seeking a solution.
- You are data-led, backing claims with evidence and identifying signals for decision-making.
- You are self-directed, intellectually curious, and capable of starting projects without a detailed brief.
- You have a proven track record of building solutions that solve real problems, with 2-3 years of experience being a guideline.
- Hands-on experience with Claude, n8n, Zendesk, or Lorikeet is a plus.
- Exposure to healthcare, telehealth, or patient-facing services is beneficial, but strong builders with curiosity are also valued.
