About the Role
The Senior Logistics Coordinator will manage end-to-end logistics and inventory operations across Australia and New Zealand. This role focuses on coordinating transportation, warehousing, and reverse logistics while ensuring operational efficiency, data accuracy, and regulatory compliance through collaboration with 3PL providers and internal stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods to warehouses and customers.
- Coordinate logistics and warehousing activities with 3PL providers, transport partners, and internal teams.
- Monitor and resolve logistics and reverse logistics issues.
- Oversee inbound and outbound transportation to ensure quality and compliance.
- Manage international shipping documentation and compliance.
- Negotiate commercial tariffs with service providers.
- Monitor and track deliveries across multiple warehouse locations.
- Analyze stock data and reconcile inventory between WMS and SAP systems.
- Reduce aged, excess, or obsolete inventory.
- Coordinate warehouse audits and stock takes.
- Document internal processes, procedures, and controls.
- Maintain master and transactional data quality.
- Monitor transportation network performance using established metrics.
- Contribute to supply chain optimization and cost-saving initiatives.
- Lead small transport and logistics projects.
- Oversee invoicing and cost control for logistics service providers.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, warehousing, or transportation operations.
- Ability to work in-person at the office at least 3 days per week.
- Willingness to travel occasionally as required.
