About the Role
You will plan and manage training for healthcare professionals, providing explanations of product functions, usage, and techniques for the products we handle. This role is crucial for our Cardiac Rhythm Management (CRM) division, which pioneers and leads in the field of implantable cardiac devices.
Responsibilities
- Plan and manage training for healthcare professionals, explaining product functions, usage, and techniques.
- Manage application and actual operation of the Medtronic Mobile Training Lab (MTL) for customers nationwide.
- Provide demonstrations and procedural support to customers in assigned regions.
- Explain product functions, usage, and techniques for division products.
- Revise and review procedural simulators for specific products.
- Promote collaboration with academic conferences.
- Improve departmental efficiency through digital initiatives.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in training, education, or sales of implantable cardiac devices (pacemakers, ICDs, etc.).
- Ability to work on Saturdays and Sundays, as many educational events occur on weekends.
- Willingness to travel nationwide for MTL operations.
- Basic knowledge of implantable cardiac devices (pacemakers, ICDs, etc.).
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and general PC skills.
- Must possess strong communication skills to interact with nationwide customers and employees.
