About the Role
As a Stock Controller, you will protect security by inspecting vehicle stock and assisting dealer partners. You will engage with key dealership staff and complete system and process training. This is a field-based role requiring regular travel.
Responsibilities
- Understand and develop expertise in all aspects of Wholesale Audit procedure, including Pre-Audit, During Audit, and Post Audit responsibilities.
- Meet with Dealership management to collect information, analyze data, identify problems and weaknesses.
- Ensure the safety and security of assets at all times, acting with integrity and upholding company expectations and values.
- Adhere 100% to wholesale audit processes and policy.
- Sight floor-plan stock in accordance with audit policy and procedures.
- Confirm receipt of payments in progress and collect payouts as required to avoid financial loss.
- Communicate audit results in a timely manner to management, sales channels, and customers.
Requirements
- Prior Auto Finance experience preferable.
- Previous experience in Wholesale Audit/Stock Control or as a Finance & Insurance Manager in Dealership is essential.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Effective communication and engagement skills.
- Ability to work autonomously while contributing to a professional audit team.
- Strong customer focus and passion for delivering quality, sustainable outcomes.
- Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
- Current Driver's License required.
- No weekend work required.
