About the Role
This position is part of the Fashion Headquarters Retail Department. Reporting to the Retail Director, the mission is to support the office in enhancing in-store service, sales, and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Set up, manage, and partially attend retail-related meetings, creating minutes and reports.
- Monitor and analyze service, sales, staff recruitment status, and turnover rates, providing recommendations to the Retail Director and Retail Managers.
- Update and manage the retail schedule, coordinating with other departments.
- Manage and update information in retail-related files.
- Create and update retail-related documents, such as operational guidelines.
- Participate in overall retail projects and service planning, including information gathering, preparation, and execution.
- Support the creation of weekly and monthly reports.
- Create the Monthly Sales Report by interviewing and gathering information from Retail Managers.
- Create and partially distribute retail-related announcements.
- Attend some meetings and attend others as a representative.
- Translate some overseas documents, organize the Japanese version, and share with Retail Managers.
- Arrange and partially accompany overseas VIPs during their visits.
- Manage the Retail Director's schedule and book meeting rooms.
Requirements
- English proficiency (Business Intermediate or higher).
- Advanced PowerPoint skills.
- Intermediate or higher Excel skills.
- Retail industry experience is not required but is a plus.
- Ability to be proactive and agile while maintaining careful and error-free work.
