About the Role

As a Senior Recruiter at Mable, you will attract, engage, and secure exceptional talent. You will leverage your expertise in sourcing, assessment, and stakeholder partnership to build a high-performing, diverse workforce, driving growth and success. This role champions best practices to elevate the recruitment function and make a lasting impact across the business, balancing hands-on delivery with proactive sourcing to shape a strong talent pipeline.

Responsibilities

  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and design effective sourcing strategies.
  • Proactively identify and engage candidates through diverse channels to attract top talent.
  • Review applications, conduct screenings, and develop structured interview guides.
  • Drive the full recruitment process, from coordination and facilitation of interviews through to offer.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for immediate and future hiring needs.
  • Manage relationships with recruitment agencies and other partners.
  • Maintain accurate data integrity in the ATS (Lever) and recruitment reporting using Google sheets.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance recruitment processes, policies, and tools.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, talent market dynamics, and best practices.
  • Work with the broader People team on programs and initiatives that strengthen talent acquisition, onboarding, and retention.
  • Coach and guide internal managers on interview techniques and best practices.

Requirements

  • Experienced and results-driven Recruiter who thrives in fast-paced environments.
  • 5+ years of recruitment experience.
  • Highly skilled across the full hiring process.
  • Excellent organisational ability to manage multiple roles, shifting priorities, and diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to communicate with clarity and impact, building strong and trusted relationships.
  • Confident in assessing candidate potential and using data-driven insights.
  • Advanced user of LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Takes ownership of work, bringing initiative, accountability, and a strong sense of responsibility.
  • Adapts quickly to change and approaches new challenges with energy, positivity, and resilience.
