About the Role

SIXT Australia is seeking talented individuals with customer service and sales skills to join their team. This role involves ensuring customer satisfaction, managing the vehicle fleet, and performing various branch tasks. Responsibilities

• Ensure customer satisfaction.
• Manage the fleet of vehicles.
• Take on various tasks at the branch.
• Act as the first point of contact for customers.
• Handle rental agreements and customer inquiries.
• Tailor offers based on available products and fleet.
• Manage bookings and customer data accurately.
• Champion SIXT Australia’s values, service standards, compliance, and operating protocols.

Requirements

• Experience in sales in retail, dealership, technology, insurance or real estate is preferable, however not essential.
• Successful applicants will be required to complete a National Criminal History Check.
• Candidates will need a current provisional or full driver's licence.
• Candidates will need working rights in Australia.

Salary/Compensations

• Hourly base rate from $29.70 per hour, plus penalty shift loadings
