Responsibilities
- Create a memorable and joyful customer experience that captures the Jay Jays brand essence.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve individual and store sales targets.
- Manage inventory to ensure the store is fully stocked and organized.
- Assist in setting up store promotions and implementing visual merchandising.
- Follow loss prevention policies and procedures to ensure smooth store operations.
