About the Role

Youth team associates will work closely with community partners to ensure the safety and well-being of our youth-aged participants. Associates will support in areas not limited to race registration, family reunion, and transportation, to ensure that coaches, parents, and participants have a positive experience and successful event.

Responsibilities

  • Support race registration.
  • Assist with family reunion.
  • Help with transportation.
  • Ensure coaches, parents, and participants have a positive experience.
  • Contribute to successful event execution.

Requirements

  • Weekend position with long hours (typically 6am – 1pm, may vary).
  • Consistent availability for weekend events throughout the year.
  • Excellent customer service approach and positive attitude.
  • Comfortable working with diverse groups of people.
  • Comfortable being on your feet outdoors for the duration of the shift.
  • Strong customer service background.
  • Flexibility to navigate between roles based on race needs.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Proactive, responsible, attentive, hardworking, and professionally courteous.
  • Ability to follow directions and protocols.
  • Ability to lift at least 25 pounds of equipment.
