About the Role

Merch Traffic is seeking a Shipping Coordinator to manage and coordinate all shipment activities across all lines of business, both domestically and internationally. This role ensures product reaches its destination on time and at the best possible cost, while maintaining compliance with traffic laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate all shipment activities across all lines of business, domestic and international
  • Work across all departments, 3P distributors, and other parties to ensure product gets to the right place, on time, and at the best possible cost
  • Ensure all shipments are compliant with interstate traffic laws and regulations
  • Respond to shipping complaints, lost items, and damages
  • Monitor production team open purchase orders to ensure timely receiving of goods
  • Tracking purchasing orders
  • Coordinating shipping from suppliers to multiple locations worldwide
  • Completing receipts in our inventory software

Requirements

  • 2 to 4 years of shipping and logistics experience
  • Familiarity with freight, UPS, FedEx, and DHL, both domestically and internationally
  • Strong mastery of Excel
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills required
  • Detail and deadline-oriented, with strong follow through
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Possess a positive work attitude with the ability to work on multiple projects at one time
  • Work experience in entertainment and/or music industries a plus
