About the Role
As a Senior Product Marketing Manager, you will own how NexHealth’s products are understood, positioned, and adopted across the market. Your work will span multiple surfaces and audiences, based on the highest priority opportunities in the company. This is a high-impact individual contributor role where you will help shape NexHealth’s product marketing function.
Responsibilities
- Drive end-to-end product marketing across positioning, messaging, launch, and adoption on any surface area (SaaS, API, Payments, Infrastructure).
- Develop differentiated positioning and messaging grounded in first-principles thinking and deep customer understanding.
- Partner with Product, Design, and Engineering to bring new products and features to market through tight, fast launch cycles.
- Embed with Sales, Customer Success, and GTM teams to drive enablement, adoption, and feedback loops.
- Define, track, and manage marketing and adoption metrics at the feature and platform level.
- Lead competitive intelligence, market research, and the narrative that sets NexHealth apart.
- Build and elevate the sales and customer-facing assets—decks, one-pagers, demos, case studies, and launch content—that move the market.
Requirements
- Customers and developers immediately grasp why NexHealth matters.
- Messaging is simple, elegant, and scales as the business grows.
- Positioning reflects real user pain and opportunity, not internal jargon.
- Raise the bar for how product marketing is done at NexHealth, establishing efficient ways of working with cross-functional partners.
- Bring clarity to complex product areas and elevate cross-functional execution.
- 7+ years of product marketing experience in SaaS or API businesses, including time owning launches end-to-end.
- Proven success operating at $100M–$500M+ scale and supporting complex GTM motions.
- Experience marketing API-first or developer products to technical audiences is a plus.
- Exceptional first-principles thinker and storyteller.
- Deep ownership mentality: act like a founder, not a campaign manager.
- Ability to thrive in ambiguity, ruthlessly prioritize, and deliver real results fast.
- Belief that a great product deserves a great story—and that the story drives growth.
- Marketed at scale, not just shipped one-off campaigns.
- Care about adoption and outcomes, not vanity metrics.
- Move faster with less structure—and create your own clarity.
- Want to help shape the future of healthcare infrastructure.

About the Company
- Our healthcare system remains frustratingly analog. When you live in a world of one-tap car rides, instant meal delivery, and unlimited streaming, why do you still have to call to schedule a doctor’s appointment and fill out a clipboard in the waiting room?
- NexHealth’s mission is to accelerate innovation in healthcare by connecting patients, providers, and developers.
- We’re building the infrastructure layer for modern healthcare, connecting thousands of fragmented, on-premise, and closed EHR systems into a single, modern platform that powers software, APIs, payments, and patient experiences across the ecosystem.
- Founded: 2017
- Headquarters: San Francisco, CA
- Funding: $177M Series C
- Employees: 200+
- Trusted by tens of thousands of providers and hundreds of health-tech developers — forging the infrastructure layer that modern healthcare needs
