- Create and manage the creative testing roadmap, defining priorities in collaboration with ACD, Paid, and Paid Creative Strategists.
- Oversee the production calendar to ensure the testing of high-impact ideas and the discontinuation of ineffective ones.
- Evaluate and select agencies, production partners, and vendor models to ensure adequate capacity and capabilities for scaling creative volume.
- Establish an operating model for utilizing in-house resources versus external support and holding partners accountable for speed, quality, and performance.
- Ensure editors have necessary clips and source materials by partnering with Influencer and Marketing teams for sourcing, organization, talent rights, and content library development.
- Assess and implement new creative, AI, production, and measurement tools to enhance creative output volume and performance without adding process or slowing down testing.
- Create visibility for leadership and cross-functional partners through clear updates on project status, blockers, successes, and learnings.
- Improve creative quality and performance without compromising speed by balancing speed, quality, and performance outcomes.
- Utilize the product as both a buyer and a seller as part of the job.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in creative operations, performance marketing operations, production, or program management at a high-growth consumer company.
- Demonstrated track record of building scalable systems, such as improving intake processes, briefing workflows, creative testing calendars, production trackers, agency models, reporting cadences, or asset delivery systems.
- Strong understanding of paid marketing metrics (CAC, ROAS, LTV, PBP, incrementality, creative fatigue) and their application to drive creative results.
- Excellent prioritization and project management skills, with the ability to distinguish urgent from important, clarify tradeoffs, and drive cross-functional work efficiently.
- Clear and concise communication skills, capable of summarizing complex information, blockers, and differing opinions into actionable updates or recommendations.
- Comfort with ambiguity and operating at speed, able to develop practical initial solutions and iterate without waiting for perfect direction.
- Low ego and strong team orientation, willing to push for clarity, provide direct feedback, and contribute to essential tasks for team success.
