About the Role
Soccer Shots is seeking a passionate part-time Youth Soccer Coach to serve children ages 2-8. You’ll laugh, break a sweat, and make a difference, coaching kids in one of the most rewarding experiences.
Responsibilities
- Bring “Soccer Island” alive with enthusiasm and creativity
- Conduct soccer sessions for children 2 to 8 years old, including field set-up and take-down
- Encourage character development through positive reinforcement and modeling
- Utilize expert-created Soccer Shots’ curriculum and early childhood development teaching techniques in every session
- Foster a safe and inclusive environment for all participants
- Communicate effectively with families, caregivers, and teachers
Requirements
- Local candidates only
- Genuine passion for children and sports
- Safety conscious
- Access to reliable transportation
- Ability to stand, jog, and model children’s soccer skills
- Must be available to work one day out of the weekend
- A full ten-week commitment is required to take on a lead role
