About the Role

The Associate Director, Europe Business Analytics & Insights, is responsible for delivering high-impact analytics and insights to support Corcept’s Oncology commercial and medical strategies across European markets. This role serves as a regional thought partner transforming complex data into actionable insights that inform decision-making across sales, marketing, market access, and early commercialization activities.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the application of statistical methods, modeling, and analytical techniques to support regional Oncology commercial and medical initiatives.
  • Develop and deliver actionable insights that inform prioritization, investment decisions, and execution across Europe.
  • Identify emerging trends, risks, and opportunities through rigorous quantitative and qualitative analysis.
  • Provide analytics and insight support to regional commercial planning, brand strategy, and go-to-market activities.
  • Partner with global and regional teams on early commercialization and scenario planning efforts relevant to Europe.
  • Support opportunity assessments, forecasts, and market sizing to inform strategic decisions.
  • Evaluate the European market landscape, including competitive dynamics, access environments, and evolving healthcare trends.
  • Monitor changes in market structure, customer behavior, and policy that may impact Oncology strategy.
  • Translate complex market intelligence into clear, actionable implications for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Produce and curate data sets required to generate insights across Commercial and Medical stakeholders.
  • Partner with internal teams to ensure data integrity, consistency, and relevance for regional needs.
  • Present insights in clear, compelling narratives tailored to senior regional stakeholders.
  • Collaborate closely with regional Sales, Marketing, Market Access, Medical, and Finance teams to understand insight needs.
  • Influence regional and global stakeholders through data-driven recommendations.
  • Act as a trusted analytics partner to regional leadership, supporting both strategic and operational decisions.
  • Demonstrates strong judgment, problem-solving skills, and intellectual curiosity.
  • Thrives in a matrixed, fast-paced, and evolving regional environment.
  • Uphold Corcept’s ethics and patient-first principles by embedding collaboration, evidence-based decision-making, and accountable leadership into all aspects of strategy and execution.
  • Operates with cultural awareness and effectiveness across diverse European markets.

Requirements

  • Strong background in commercial analytics, business insights, or data science within biopharma, biotech, or specialty pharma.
  • Experience supporting sales, marketing, or market access decision-making.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functionally without direct authority.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to convert data into clear, relevant, executive-ready stories.
  • Strong business and financial acumen; understands how analytics drives commercial outcomes.
  • Occasional travel within Europe to support regional meetings and stakeholder engagement.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
  • 8+ years of relevant experience in analytics, insights, commercial strategy, or related roles.
  • Prior experience supporting regional or multi-country teams; Europe experience strongly preferred.
  • Experience in oncology or specialty therapeutics preferred.
  • Some leadership experience (project or functional leadership), with increasing scope over time.
  • Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
