About the Role

This senior leadership role is responsible for the operational backbone of a complex, fast-growing portfolio of legal technology solutions. Reporting to product leadership, this role defines the operating model for how the product organization plans, executes, and learns, partnering with product management, engineering, UX, data, marketing, and go-to-market leaders to translate strategy into a repeatable, high-performing rhythm. This high-influence role builds durable systems and elevates operational standards across the product function.

Responsibilities

  • Develop a mature, cross-functional go-to-market model for product launches, ensuring strategic sequencing, operational readiness, adoption, retention, and expansion.
  • Create and refine a unified Product Playbook for product roadmapping, discovery, planning, and launching, embedding it into tools and onboarding.
  • Establish a high-performing operating cadence for disciplined planning, execution, and review, providing leadership visibility and organizational tempo.
  • Ensure strategic roadmap alignment, connecting product investment to business priorities with clear sequencing and traceable decisions.
  • Provide data-driven insights and reporting for senior leaders to make informed decisions on resource allocation, delivery health, and portfolio performance.
  • Enable a high-velocity product organization through coaching, governance, and tooling, fostering best practices and accountability.
  • Evaluate and adopt AI-enabled capabilities to improve collaboration, forecasting, and execution within the product function.
  • Develop executive-ready narratives and communications, translating operational details into clear decisions and actions for senior leadership and stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 10+ years in Product Operations, Product Management, or Program Management within technology or SaaS organizations.
  • 3+ years leading teams or programs at scale.
  • Proven experience building and scaling product operating models, playbooks, and planning cadences across complex, multi-product portfolios.
  • Track record of leading cross-functional programs and influencing senior stakeholders across product, engineering, UX, customer success, and go-to-market.
  • Strong analytical and systems-thinking skills.
  • Ability to synthesize data, design frameworks, and drive measurable operational improvement.
  • Exceptional executive communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to craft compelling narratives and translate operational complexity into clear decisions and action.
  • Advanced proficiency with product lifecycle and analytics tools (Jira, Confluence, Pendo).
  • Experience in legal technology, compliance, or other regulated industries.
  • Background in product management, agile coaching, or UX operations.
  • Experience leading change management and scaling organizations through high-growth phases.
  • Certification in Agile, Scrum, or program/project management.

Salary/Compensations

  • $125,000 to $160,000 USD (Colorado and New Jersey applicants)
  • $190,000 to $219,000 CAD (Ontario applicants)
