About the Role

Coordinate and administer product training programs for Urology & Critical Care, ensuring customer completion of BD product training. Partner with sales and marketing to achieve company sales goals by delivering compliant live and electronic training to internal and external customers. Conduct product training assessments, including data collection, analysis, and presentations to enhance customer satisfaction and sales.

Responsibilities

  • Plan program delivery in accordance with BD's mission and goals
  • Carry out new initiatives to support strategic direction
  • Apply a program evaluation framework to assess strengths and identify areas for improvement
  • Connect with stakeholders to gain program support and solicit improvements
  • Develop product training plans
  • Collaborate with hospital leadership to ensure effective and efficient program delivery
  • Maintain personal training and ICC budget
  • Ensure customers complete BD product training
  • Partner with sales and marketing to meet company sales goals
  • Train according to company compliance standards
  • Deliver live and electronic training programs
  • Conduct product training assessments, including information collection, analyses, presentations, and training
  • Maintain knowledge and expertise as a product specialist for the entire BD product line, focusing on urological drainage and stool management

Requirements

  • Minimum BSN
  • Current license as a Registered Nurse
  • Minimum 3 years of patient care experience
  • Ability to function independently with minimal guidance or supervision
  • Ability to prioritize time efficiently
  • Proven listening skills
  • Proven relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment
  • Ability to collect clinical data
  • Ability to analyze clinical data
  • Ability to present clinical data
  • Proficient with computer applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Must live within assigned region
  • Possess and maintain a valid state-issued driver's license with 3 years of consecutive driving history
  • Meet BD's auto safety standards
  • Ability to accommodate 50% travel
  • Employment contingent upon receipt of sufficient proof of COVID-19 vaccination (for certain roles)
  • COVID-19 testing may be available and/or required in some locations
