About the Role
Join the entrepreneurial Growth Marketing team as a Senior Analyst, Growth Marketing – Paid Social. Drive top-line growth through new member acquisition, focusing on Paid Search channel strategy and execution. This cross-functional role partners with Technology, Product, Creative, and Merchandising teams to deliver measurable results, offering exposure to Ad Tech and retail while solving complex business problems.
Responsibilities
- Design robust A/B and incrementality tests with clear hypotheses to optimize channel performance.
- Develop a comprehensive creative testing roadmap, briefing new concepts, diagnosing ad fatigue, and identifying strategic pivots.
- Connect disparate data points across creative, audience, and market dynamics to generate insights for long-term growth.
- Act as the primary point person for external platform partners, facilitating troubleshooting and identifying innovation opportunities.
- Own Meta paid acquisition performance end-to-end, maintaining accountability to core cost, LTV, and ROI targets.
- Drive daily campaign management, tactical budget allocation, and platform troubleshooting with an entrepreneurial bias.
- Proactively anticipate and communicate project risks, strategic opportunities, and shifting channel priorities to stakeholders and leadership.
- Analyze large-scale datasets from Snowflake, Tableau, and Excel to surface patterns across audiences, product performance, and buyer value trends.
- Serve as the Meta Platform Subject Matter Expert (SME), leading campaign setup, bid optimization, and attribution frameworks.
- Manage technical integrations cross-functionally, including tracking pixels, Conversions API, and product feed delivery.
- Translate complex data analyses into clear, compelling narratives and actionable recommendations for non-technical partners.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Creative, Analytics, and Merchandising teams to streamline workflows and execute strategic objectives.
- Influence optimization roadmap decisions by delivering data-backed recommendations tied to business strategy.

- Experience with product feed tools.
- High proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Genuine interest in AdTech, GEO (Generative Engine Optimization), and the evolving AI search landscape.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to drive action in a dynamic organization.
- Currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
- Not eligible for visa sponsorship now or in the future.
