We seek an experienced Certified Dental Assistant (Level II) with 2+ years of dental assisting experience, who excels in creating outstanding patient experiences and utilizes modern technology, including the iTero Scanner. Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional patient experiences with warmth, professionalism, and empathy.
- Prepare patients for treatment, ensuring comfort and care.
- Assist dentists during various dental procedures.
- Capture digital scans using the iTero Scanner.
- Take and process dental radiographs (X-rays).
- Sterilize and organize instruments, maintaining strict infection control standards.
- Maintain a clean, efficient, and organized clinical environment.
- Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventive care.
- Support scheduling, charting, and patient record management.
- Process administrative tasks, including insurance claims and billing, as needed.
- Respond confidently during dental emergencies and provide basic life support when required.
- Stay current with new dental technologies and clinical procedures through continuing education.
Requirements
- Certified Dental Assistant (Level II) designation.
- Minimum 2 years of dental assisting experience.
- Experience using an iTero Scanner.
- Current CPR certification.
- Knowledge of infection prevention and sterilization protocols.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

- Commitment to patient confidentiality.
- Experience with dental software and digital workflows (considered an asset).
