About the Role
Soccer Shots seeks a passionate Youth Soccer Coach to serve children ages 2-8, making a difference by sparking passion for the game and building confidence in kids. Coaching our kids will be one of the most rewarding things you ever do.
Responsibilities
- Bring 'Soccer Island' alive with enthusiasm and creativity
- Conduct soccer sessions for children ages 2-8, including field set-up and take-down
- Encourage character development through positive reinforcement and modeling
- Utilize Soccer Shots’ curriculum and early childhood development teaching techniques
- Foster a safe and inclusive environment for all participants
- Communicate effectively with families, caregivers, and teachers
Requirements
- Genuine passion for children and sports
- Safety conscious
- Access to reliable transportation
- Ability to stand, jog, and model children’s soccer skills
- Must be available to work one day out of the weekend
- Full ten-week commitment required for a lead role

- Competitive Base Pay
- Training rate: $22/hour
- Post-training pay: $25/hour (including admin and setup/breakdown time)
