Responsibilities

  • Complete work orders in occupied and vacant apartments
  • Assist with apartment turns and make-readies
  • Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliances, and carpentry items
  • Maintain overall community appearance, including grounds, amenities, and pool areas
  • Collaborate with the maintenance team for smooth property operations

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of apartment or residential maintenance experience
  • EPA Certification (Type II or Universal)
  • Hands-on HVAC troubleshooting and repair experience
  • Reliable transportation
  • Ability to drive a golf cart
  • Ability to lift up to 75 lbs
  • Ability to work indoors/outdoors year-round
  • Ability to climb stairs and ladders
  • Experience using hand and power tools
  • Background check required

Work Type

  • Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm
  • 40 hours/week
  • Rotating emergency on-call schedule

Salary/Compensations

  • $22/hour and up, depending on experience
  • $150/week on-call pay
  • Additional $150 per holiday on-call
