Responsibilities
- Prepare and mix cocktails during service.
- Open and close the bar, including necessary preparation.
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and adhere to health & safety standards.
- Ensure every guest's visit is exceptional.
- Embody Big Mamma values: professional, warm, smiling, helpful, and solution-focused.
Requirements
- Passion for Italian food and cocktails.
- Energetic, proactive, and a team player.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Proven experience as a Bartender in a high-quality hospitality environment.
- Knowledge of classic cocktails.
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
