About the Role

This role is for a leader passionate about improving People Operations, simplifying workflows, and enhancing employee experiences. You will build scalable systems, introduce automation and AI, and partner with various teams to modernize service delivery across the employee journey. The goal is to enable employees and managers to focus on meaningful work by reducing process friction and building a future-ready People function.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and continuously improve core People Operations processes across the employee lifecycle.
  • Identify opportunities to simplify workflows, eliminate manual work, and improve service delivery across global teams.
  • Partner with People Technology & Analytics to design scalable process and system solutions that improve employee and manager experiences.
  • Use data, process mapping, stakeholder feedback, and operational insights to uncover friction and drive meaningful improvements.
  • Define and monitor operational metrics, service levels, and process health for continuous improvement.
  • Explore practical uses of automation and AI to improve speed, consistency, and employee support while maintaining strong governance and human judgment.
  • Build clear documentation, playbooks, and operating standards for effective scaling.
  • Lead change management efforts to help teams successfully adopt new ways of working.
  • Partner across the business on initiatives impacting People Operations, including organizational changes, policy updates, system enhancements, and new programs.
  • Ensure processes meet privacy, compliance, security, and audit requirements across all regions.
  • Foster a culture of curiosity, experimentation, and continuous improvement within the People team.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in People Operations, HR Operations, Business Operations, Program Management, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of improving processes, simplifying complexity, and building scalable operations.
  • Systems-thinking mindset and ability to connect technology, process, data, and employee experience.
  • Experience working with HR technology platforms such as HRIS, ATS, ticketing, and knowledge management systems (Dayforce experience is a plus).
  • Curiosity and comfort exploring automation and AI to improve how work gets done.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to translate insights into action.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • High standards for quality, integrity, and confidentiality.
  • Experience in a high-growth or SaaS environment is strongly preferred.
