About the Role
Develop and execute marketing campaigns to drive growth across disruptive and legacy product lines. This cross-functional role covers the full marketing mix, from industry tradeshows and workshops to digital campaigns and brand communications. Partner with marketing leadership to prioritize high-impact activities and deliver measurable results tied to revenue goals. Requires a collaborative mindset, strong organizational skills, and effective collaboration with global colleagues and field representatives.
Responsibilities
- Drive engagement through strategic participation in industry tradeshows, virtual events, webinars, and workshops, identifying opportunities and representing the brand.
- Develop marketing materials, presentations, and communications for product launches, industry partnerships, promotional campaigns, sales meetings, and tradeshows.
- Strategize and execute integrated campaigns using traditional (print advertising, collateral, direct mail) and digital (social media, email, digital advertising, websites) marketing channels.
- Manage event plans, editorial calendars, and internal and external communications.
- Collaborate with US and Business Unit Marketing and MarCom teams to shape marketing strategies across websites, e-marketing tools, digital advertising, and social media.
- Develop and manage promotional programs to generate leads at shows and events, partnering with external vendors to ensure timely, in-scope, and on-budget execution.
- Monitor program performance, including ROI analytics, sales objectives, budget tracking, and advertising/promotion reporting.
- Assess and revise existing marketing materials, archiving outdated assets and maximizing digital-first approaches.
- Manage administrative responsibilities including Salesforce updates, business plans, expense reporting, budget forecasting, and weekly activity reports.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in campaign design and execution.
- Experience with data analytics and dashboard creation.
- Highly creative and strategic thinker, able to identify target audiences and develop engaging campaigns.
- Exceptional organizational and project management skills, thriving in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Healthcare or medical device industry experience is a strong plus.
- Ability to travel approximately 20-25% for activations.
