About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Contracts Manager to independently oversee procurement-related contracts, from initial diligence through to negotiation and ongoing management. You will collaborate across business functions, ensuring supplier agreements align with the firm's risk appetite, operational needs, and regulatory obligations.
Responsibilities
- Lead the review and negotiation of supplier agreements, including IT, SaaS, outsourcing, and professional services contracts
- Manage the full lifecycle of contracts, including onboarding, renewals, and terminations
- Partner with stakeholders across Legal, IT, and Data Privacy to ensure agreements meet compliance and security requirements
- Oversee and enhance the contract management system while tracking key deadlines and supplier obligations
Requirements
- Strong background in contract management or commercial procurement, ideally within a global organisation
- Solid understanding of legal and regulatory frameworks (e.g. GDPR, data protection, compliance)
