About the Role
This role leads the management and execution of Motive's Workforce Management product suite. The Director will manage a team of Product Managers, focusing on delivering exceptional end-user experiences and highly customizable, performant products for various customer sizes, verticals, and markets. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand customer needs, identify market opportunities, and develop strategies for product growth and adoption.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage products, ensuring exceptional end-user experiences.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand customer needs, identify market opportunities, and develop growth strategies.
- Build and shape a high-performing product team.
- Conduct market and customer research to identify opportunities and challenges in diverse verticals.
- Define clear product requirements based on a deep understanding of customer needs.
- Work with Go-to-Market (GTM) teams to develop sales strategies and marketing campaigns.
- Analyze performance metrics to measure the success of product launches.
Requirements
- 10+ years of product management experience, with expertise in managing enterprise SaaS products at scale.
- Demonstrated ability in building and delivering customer-centric product strategy.
- Proven capability to drive individual projects while building and shaping a high-performing product team.
- High emotional intelligence (EQ) with the ability to manage multiple priorities and tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Adept at working with customers, Go-to-Market (GTM) teams, and Engineering, Product, and Design (EPD) teams.
- Strong bias for action and willingness to engage directly with tasks.
- Comfortable and confident in verbal and written communication.
- Willingness to meet customers, with travel expected 25% of the time.
