About the Role
Join a major life sciences project, focusing on driving quality across mechanical installations from inspection through to commissioning and handover. This is a site-based role.
Responsibilities
- Manage quality assurance and quality control activities across MEP installations.
- Conduct site inspections to ensure works meet project specifications and industry standards.
- Coordinate QA/QC processes, commissioning activities, and project handovers.
- Collaborate with subcontractors and delivery teams to resolve issues and achieve high-quality outcomes.
- Support a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement across the project.
Requirements
- Experience managing mechanical installations on construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of QA/QC, inspections, and handover processes.
- Ability to identify issues and drive solutions on site.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Relevant mechanical, construction, or building services qualification.
