About the Role

This role supports cross-functional initiatives, drives reporting accuracy, and enables the retail team through administrative and analytical contributions.

Responsibilities

  • Provide high-level administrative support to the VP Of Retail, including calendar management, scheduling, and travel coordination.
  • Collaborate with domestic and international stakeholders across all organizational levels.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Support preparation for business travel and market visits, organizing logistics and materials.
  • Coordinate and prepare internal and external meetings, presentations, video conferences, and conference calls.
  • Evaluate existing reporting tools and recommend enhancements for performance tracking across the Americas East retail network, partnering with Worldwide teams.
  • Manage weekly store feedback and compile summaries of key business drivers, including appointments, consignments, and clienteling initiatives.
  • Assist in developing sales budgets and commercial targets, providing ad hoc analysis.
  • Support performance analysis across key KPIs (UPT, Conversion, Cross-Selling, ATV, ASP) at store and individual levels.
  • Partner with leadership to propose and implement sales incentives and contests; track performance and gather feedback.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Management, or a related field (preferred).
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in an administrative or coordination role within a retail environment.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Advanced proficiency in Power BI.
  • Exceptional organizational, time management, and follow-up skills.
  • Strong analytical mindset with a sales-driven, results-oriented approach.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong interpersonal presence.
  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively across teams.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
  • High level of professionalism, energy, and attention to detail.
