About the Role
This role joins the Platforms & Integrated Payments team to shape the future of global commerce. Reporting to the Head of Product Marketing, it is highly cross-functional, requiring strong aptitude in short-term product launch execution and building a long-term vision with customers. The position is at the intersection of strategic product roadmap decisions and market transformation, leading a fast-paced cross-functional team. This role will help shape the Platforms & Integrated Payments market narrative, ensuring innovation, creativity, and market differentiation.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end product marketing for Optimization and Payouts suites, defining vision and strategy for driving attach rates and use.
- Build processes for product launches to increase awareness, usage, adoption, and revenue through ISV partners.
- Create and refine product messaging, focusing on customer value and market differentiation.
- Identify ideal customer profiles and develop targeted messaging for priority market segments.
- Collaborate with GTM Enablement to train market-facing teams on buyer challenges and solutions.
- Partner with Product Management to influence the product roadmap and inform product development.
- Gather, synthesize, and disseminate actionable market and competitive intelligence.
- Leverage win/loss analysis to adapt to market needs.
- Represent the voice of the market and customer in internal discussions.
- Lead, manage, and mentor a cross-functional go-to-market team.
Requirements
- Experience as a product marketing leader driving impactful go-to-market strategies at rapidly scaling tech companies.
- Relationship-driven, creative, with high execution standards and ability to build trusting relationships across product, marketing, and sales.
- Uses data and customer insights for decision-making, leads with empathy, passionate about Voice of Customer, and focused on team and results.
- Expertise in product marketing playbooks including messaging, positioning, customer stories, ROI models, and ICPs.
- Ability to move fast, make an impact, and be both scrappy and polished.
- Relationships-first approach, caring deeply about team, peers, and partners.
- Strong sense of personal responsibility and willingness to engage with the team.
- Highly articulate and effective in a matrixed organization.
- Demonstrated direct management experience with internal and third-party product marketers.

- Payments, FinTech, or Financial Services market experience (ideal).
