About the Role

This position leads retail store operations, combining retail knowledge and leadership to manage a team and ensure AT&T customers receive best-in-class services, entertainment, and technology. The role oversees daily store operations, including merchandising, product launches, and sales objectives, ensuring an extraordinary customer experience. It also involves outreach and promotional activities, with paid training provided for leadership success and coaching retail sales consultants to meet goals.

Requirements

Three or more years of sales and/or customer experience in telecommunications or a related industry
Prior management experience

Up to $22,000 in yearly commissions when sales goals are met
