About the Role

This role involves shaping and scaling a critical enterprise platform in revenue cycle management (RCM), sitting at the intersection of UX design, product strategy, and technical prototyping. The Senior Product Designer will partner with Product and Engineering to define and deliver complex, high-impact workflows. This position encompasses both 0→1 development and scaling, evolving an existing multi-surface product in production while establishing a new client-facing, AI-enabled offering. The product supports the back end of the RCM lifecycle with interconnected tools and workflows characterized by high data density and operational complexity, spanning an existing internal production system and a new client-facing, AI-enabled product.

Responsibilities

  • Shape and scale a new product

Requirements

  • 7–10+ years in Product Design / UX Design
  • Portfolio demonstrating enterprise UX, complex workflow design, end-to-end ownership, and outcome-driven problem framing
  • Deep expertise in Figma and modern design tooling
  • Experience designing for data-dense, workflow-heavy environments
  • Ability to independently drive user research and discovery
  • Strong cross-functional communication and collaboration skills
  • Experience building high-fidelity prototypes outside Figma
  • HTML / CSS / JavaScript fundamentals
  • Comfort in dev-adjacent workflows (e.g., VS Code)
  • Comfort in AI-assisted prototyping (e.g., Claude / code-gen tools)
  • Working understanding of how design translates into front-end architecture and component systems
