About the Role
Join the Maintenance team to ensure all hotel maintenance quality standards are achieved and maintained.
Responsibilities
- Complete repair requests in a timely manner
- Deliver consistent high-quality customer service to all guests
- Support safety requirements
- Maintain physical appearance and curb appeal
- Complete preventative maintenance according to hotel schedule and needs
- Work with chemical products and industrial equipment
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years maintenance or general construction experience
- Knowledge and/or experience with patching and painting
- Knowledge and/or experience with basic plumbing/fixture repair
- Knowledge and/or experience with electrical system controls
- Knowledge and/or experience with small equipment/appliance repair
- Knowledge and/or experience with basic carpentry (e.g., chair, table, door, window repair/refurbishing)
- Ability to sit and stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
