About the Role
The AI Enablement Lead drives Systemiq’s internal AI adoption through training, capability building, tool deployment, and organizational coordination. This role focuses on building AI fluency and confidence, owning the internal AI tool roadmap, supporting platforms in identifying AI opportunities, and integrating AI into daily work. This is not a technical AI development or commercial sales role; its purpose is to enable effective, safe, and scalable AI use across Systemiq. AI adoption is a key enabler for Systemiq’s 2026–2028 strategy, ensuring teams use AI safely and effectively, platforms confidently mobilize AI opportunities, and strong partnerships exist between the Academy and IT department, fostering a culture of high-impact AI use.
Responsibilities
- Lead internal cross-functional AI Champions program.
- Design and deliver AI training for advisory and operations teams at all levels.
- Develop AI playbooks, learning pathways, and use-case guides.
- Shape a culture of responsible AI experimentation and daily use.
- Partner with the Academy to embed AI capability into formal learning programs.
- Own the internal AI tool roadmap in partnership with IT.
- Prioritize high-impact AI use cases and guide pilot and scale implementation.
- Gather team requirements and translate them into IT specifications.
- Ensure AI tools meet safety, privacy, and responsible use standards.
- Work with platform leadership to identify AI opportunities.
- Connect AI use cases, learnings, and best practices across teams.
- Maintain visibility of AI activities and progress across the business.
- Provide strategic input to support platform-led AI mobilization.
- Collaborate with IT, Academy, Analytiq, and Knowledge teams.
- Support the COO with updates, reporting, and continuous improvement.
- Ensure governance, safe use, and consistency in AI adoption.
Requirements
- Strong experience in capability building, digital adoption, or change management.
- 4–6+ years of experience in AI enablement, digital transformation, change management, or technology adoption.
- Excellent communication and training skills, able to simplify complex concepts.
- Strong understanding of modern AI tools (LLMs, agents, workflow tools).
- Experience partnering across functions (IT, L&D, analytics, business teams).
- Ability to create structure, prioritize, and drive delivery in a fast-paced environment.
- Degree or equivalent practical experience in technology, digital transformation, analytics, sustainability, or business.
- Experience in consulting, sustainability, analytics, or digital transformation (desirable).
- Familiarity with responsible AI principles and AI governance (desirable).
- Exposure to enterprise AI tools or workflows (desirable).
