About the Role
The Consumer Integrated Marketing team seeks a strategic, entrepreneurial, and data-driven marketer to grow DoorDash's Marketplace. This role focuses on DashPass retention, increasing member engagement, driving habit formation, and deepening member value. It involves incubating new growth opportunities, optimizing established programs, and requires strategic thinking, customer-centric problem solving, cross-functional leadership, and performance marketing expertise with budget ownership.
Responsibilities
- Act as general manager within the marketing organization, ensuring unified plan development and execution with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Own DashPass retention marketing strategy, serving as the voice of the DashPass member and expert on engagement, loyalty, and churn drivers.
- Identify and execute opportunities to increase DashPass subscriber retention and enhance member value through marketing.
- Lead end-to-end campaign development across CRM, paid media, in-app, push, and SMS channels, from strategy to performance analysis.
- Create scalable A/B testing frameworks with Marketing Insights and Research, focusing on segmentation, personalization, and first-party data activation.
- Set quarterly marketing goals and KPIs, partnering with Analytics, S&O, and channel teams for progress reporting.
- Manage and optimize the DashPass retention marketing budget, tracking ROI and providing investment recommendations.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in B2C marketing, including performance, retention, or integrated marketing, with new channel development experience.
- Ability to think like a GM, drive cross-functional projects like a product manager, and communicate effectively with consumers.
- Excellent verbal, written communication, and presentation skills, capable of organizing critical information for various stakeholders.
- Experience analyzing data to make data-driven decisions, with a bias for action and intuitive judgment when data is limited.
- Creative and entrepreneurial mindset, enjoying problem-solving and finding solutions with limited resources.
- Strong collaboration skills and extensive cross-functional experience with marketing, analytics, and product teams.
