Responsibilities

  • Direct strategies and initiatives for developing, testing, and validating quantitative models.
  • Ensure robust model review testing and analysis adheres to procedures and lifecycle standards.
  • Establish strategies and direct activities for developing new model frameworks.
  • Direct complex qualitative and quantitative assessments of model aspects, design, implementation, data quality, and integrity.
  • Confirm reviews of complex reports and quantitative analysis.
  • Validate existing models and assess model risks.
  • Lead evaluation of identified model risks and conclude on model strengths and limitations.
  • Ensure preparation and analysis of detailed documents for validation and regulatory compliance.
  • Direct, motivate, develop, and manage the performance of the management team and key staff.
  • Cultivate diverse teams and inclusive workplaces.

Requirements

  • University/college degree.
  • 8+ years of industry-relevant experience.
  • 5+ years of prior management experience.
  • Proven leadership experience with moderate to large scope of responsibility.
  • Comparable combination of education, job-specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered in lieu of a degree.

Salary/Compensations

  • Base Salary: $175,560.00 – $326,040.00
  • Incentive eligible based on company, business, and/or individual performance.
