About the Role
Supervise the leasing process, communicate with prospective and current tenants, and manage the community's reputation.
Responsibilities
- Professional verbal and written communication.
- Administrative and organizational tasks.

- Operating computers and other technological devices to access email, internet websites for business marketing, and company-utilized software.
- Preparing, locating, and compiling information and documents.
- Responding to issues outside of normal work schedule when required.

- Perform all other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of leasing experience required.
- Multi-Family experience preferred.
- Frequently sit, stand and walk.
- Regularly required to talk or hear.
- Frequently required to use hands or fingers to handle or feel objects, tools or controls.
- Occasionally required to climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl.
- Occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
- Vision abilities to include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision and the ability to adjust focus.
- Ability to withstand seasonal cold and heat of the outdoors.
- Travel up to 10% of the time.

- Effectively manage the community's reputation via social media, direct communication, and marketing.
- Primary communicator to prospects, residents, vendors, and market.
- Constantly learn and search for ways to improve traffic, leasing, and total income.
- Think creatively and conceptualize new ideas to improve the business.
