Responsibilities
- Lead design, development, and evolution of BI and analytics solutions for healthcare coding and clinical data products for global customers.
- Implement Enterprise analytics best practices, data models, semantic models, agentic and generative AI analytics solutions for global teams and customer base.
- Determine BI architecture, data modeling, and analytics best practices for Solventum HIS products and customer solutions.
- Support Solventum HIS analytics development for internal and external customers across the US and globally.
- Collaborate closely with teams throughout Solventum to deliver data-driven products.
- Comply with corporate policies, procedures, and security standards.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in Software Engineering.
- 3-5+ years in an architecture or technical leadership role designing scalable enterprise applications.
- Experience leading architecture design, proof of concepts (POCs), and technical evaluations to guide engineering direction.
- Experience establishing and enforcing engineering best practices, coding standards, and architectural governance across teams.
- Experience building user-facing applications with embedded analytics (e.g., dashboards, BI integrations such as QuickSight, Power BI, or similar).
- Experience collaborating across functions and mentoring development teams on architecture patterns, cloud design, and analytics integration.
- Experience designing and implementing complex data pipelines and ETL workflows (e.g., using AWS Glue, Lambda, Spark, or equivalent).
- Experience with application performance optimization, data modeling, and distributed system design for large-scale data and analytics workloads.
- Hands-on experience with cloud-native architecture in AWS and/or Azure, including networking, security, and managed services.
- Experience designing systems that support scalability, security, reliability, and large-scale data processing requirements.
- Legally authorized to work in the country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status.
- Required to travel to a designated company location for on-site onboarding during initial days of employment (for new hires with a start date of October 1st 2025 or later).

Salary/Compensations
- $142,800 - $196,350 (includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible)
