About the Role
Oversee and coordinate the effective delivery of services for building operations. Ensure timely resolution of all client requests related to property services.
Responsibilities
- Manage work orders using BGIS or client web applications.
- Align client services with contracts, schedules, and purchase orders.
- Schedule facility access for internal and external service providers.
- Prepare weekly/monthly work order performance summaries.
- Ensure service level agreement (SLA) achievement by following up with service providers.
- Create on-demand work orders for service delivery.
- Provide client-required supporting documentation for quotes and invoices.
- Review and submit estimates to approvers following client quote processes.
- Review third-party invoices.
- Support accrual processes.
- Submit purchase order requests.
- Generate data for SLA Scorecard.
- Report Intelex incidents.
- Submit Comply Works requests.
- Advise management on issues, concerns, or non-compliance.
- Review reports and provide operational recommendations.
- Identify opportunities for process efficiency and simplification.
- Adhere to processes and company standards.
- Maintain a request database for reporting and analysis.
- Establish and maintain relationships with clients and service providers.
- Review Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) scores.
