Responsibilities
- Lead strategic development and execution of enterprise-wide software programs aligned with business objectives.
- Collaborate with the enterprise architecture team to design and implement effective solutions for advanced business needs.
- Ensure delivery of well-engineered, operable, and maintainable solutions within projected timelines.
- Establish and advocate for best practices in coding standards, object-oriented design, and platform-specific architectural concerns.
- Oversee documentation and tracking of requirements for significant enterprise development projects and strategic enhancements.
- Integrate current and future technological trends to advance organizational projects and system architectures.
- Mentor team members in cutting-edge technologies and implementation architecture.
- Drive system implementation strategy, aligning technological solutions with business processes.
- Lead architectural efforts on projects, ensuring consistent design from inception to minimize re-work.
- Champion innovation, foster creative problem-solving, and contribute to intellectual property through patents.
- Exercise independent judgment and discretion in significant matters.
- Maintain regular, consistent, and punctual attendance.
- Work nights, weekends, or variable schedules as necessary.
- Perform other assigned duties and responsibilities.
