Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and develop the clinical team to deliver outstanding patient care.
- Create a positive, inclusive, and high-performing team culture.
- Support clinical governance, standards, and continuous improvement within the practice.
- Coach and support less experienced vets and nurses in their development.
- Work collaboratively with the wider Hello Vet network and leadership team.
- Balance clinical responsibilities with leadership and operational oversight.
- Champion contextualised, relationship-led care.
- Drive team engagement, wellbeing, and retention.
Requirements
- RCVS-registered Veterinary Surgeon.
- At least 5-10 years’ experience in general practice.
- Experience mentoring or leading others, or readiness for a leadership role.
- Ability to communicate with empathy and lead with integrity.
- Passion for developing people and building strong teams.
- Desire to be part of a culture challenging norms and improving veterinary care.
- Experience and/or a proactive mindset for opening a brand new clinic.
