About the Role
As a Survey Technician at WSB, you will play a vital role in the production and delivery of innovative projects. You will work closely with professional surveyors and project managers to support work for renewables projects.
Responsibilities
- Conduct project research for survey-related documents, including vesting deeds, legal descriptions, landowner names, property identification numbers, and FEMA flood maps.
- Submit 811 utility locates.
- Demonstrate familiarity with title commitments and proforma documents.
- Assist project teams in drafting, revising, and finalizing ALTA/NSPS Land Title Surveys, easement exhibits, and legal descriptions.
- Ensure work complies with client specifications and needs.
- Maintain project files and supporting documentation.
- Manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Requirements
- Proficiency with AutoCAD and Civil 3D.
- 0–3+ years of relevant experience in the renewables industry.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with project teams.
