Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage written content including blog posts, articles, case studies, client success stories, white papers, technical content, and press releases.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to translate technical concepts into clear content for utility and engineering audiences.
  • Maintain a content pipeline aligned with company priorities and campaigns.
  • Develop and maintain product marketing materials, including one-pagers, brochures, and supporting collateral.
  • Ensure marketing materials are current, consistent, and aligned with company messaging.
  • Incorporate feedback from sales, partners, delivery teams, and clients into marketing content.
  • Drive the execution of marketing campaigns, including email campaigns, outbound nurture streams, and content distribution.
  • Coordinate campaign assets across internal teams and external partners.
  • Track campaign execution and ensure timely delivery.
  • Plan and execute events, including user summits, client-facing events, and industry engagement initiatives.
  • Manage newsletters and recurring communications.
  • Track and maintain a library of client proof points (case studies, outcomes, metrics, references).
  • Manage conference and event logistics, including registration, agenda, materials, and on-site requirements.
  • Manage swag procurement and distribution.
  • Oversee general marketing operations activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 3-5 years of marketing experience in B2B enterprise software or with highly technical products.
  • Strong writing skills, including the ability to translate technical content into accessible language and adapt writing style for various content forms.
  • Fluency in modern tools, including AI, for accelerating requirements, prototyping ideas, and exploring edge cases.
