About the Role

This role involves redefining demand generation in the age of AI, focusing on understanding modern B2B buying behavior, owning demand generation strategy and execution, and driving pipeline quality, sales velocity, and revenue impact. The ideal candidate will lead from the front, actively identifying and fixing funnel issues cross-functionally.
Responsibilities
- Design and optimize the demand generation engine, including attribution models, lead scoring, handoff processes, and pipeline forecasting
- Lead quarterly demand planning to project pipeline impact across all channels
- Proactively identify and resolve funnel leaks by channel, segment, or stage cross-functionally
- Utilize data to understand pipeline influence beyond surface-level metrics
- Test new channels and tactics while maintaining efficiency on proven performers
- Manage a seven-figure annual budget across paid search, paid social, and emerging channels
- Lead campaign strategy and execution across Google Ads, LinkedIn, and other buyer platforms
- Hire, develop, and lead a high-performing Demand Generation team
- Act as a player-coach, setting strategic direction and providing hands-on support
- Drive adoption of AI tools, emerging technologies, and evolving marketing practices
Requirements
- 8+ years of B2B marketing experience in B2B SaaS, ideally with HR/Learning/Enterprise software buyers
- Proven track record managing seven-figure budgets and driving measurable pipeline growth
- Diagnostic mindset to identify and resolve funnel anomalies early
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional conversations with Sales, RevOps, and Product Marketing to unblock pipeline
- Deep experience or strong interest in AI marketing tools, predictive analytics, and marketing automation
- Highly proficient in Google Analytics, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Salesforce, and modern marketing automation platforms
- Strategic thinker with hands-on execution capabilities
Skills
- Experience with enterprise sales cycles and complex buying committees
- Background in learning technology, HR tech, or adjacent industries
- Track record with account-based marketing and intent data platforms
