About the Role
The Senior P&C Analyst drives People & Culture transformation through HR systems optimization, analytics, automation, and process improvement. This role leads initiatives to enhance efficiency, improve data-driven decision-making, and accelerate digital adoption within the P&C function. Key responsibilities include optimizing P&C processes and systems like ADP and Monday.com, transforming manual workflows into tech-enabled solutions using Google Workspace, ADP, Monday.com, Google Gemini, and other AI/automation tools. The role enables scalable HR operations, supports critical reporting, compliance, and strategic initiatives, requiring an analytical, technologically advanced, detail-oriented, and proactive professional with strong experience in HR systems, reporting, project management, and process optimization.
Responsibilities
- Accelerate ADP workflow automation and improve process efficiency across onboarding, offboarding, and HR lifecycle processes, including workflow mapping and redesign.
- Build, validate, and deliver quarterly P&C reporting and dashboards to support data-driven insights and workforce decisions.
- Lead or support special projects and initiatives, including AI enablement, digital transformation, and adoption of automation tools within P&C.
- Enhance and automate P&C compliance processes and procedures, including JH&S, employee documentation, employee communications, and related workflows.
- Lead development and maintenance of P&C reporting, dashboards, and workforce analytics.
- Build and deliver quarterly and ad hoc reports for leadership decision-making.
- Analyze key HR metrics including recruitment, turnover, workforce trends, and operational efficiency.
- Ensure high data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across HR systems.
- Translate data into meaningful insights to support P&C and business strategy.
- Own and improve HR workflows within ADP and related systems.
- Identify and implement opportunities for automation and system enhancements.
- Support data structure improvements and reporting optimization.
- Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate resolutions with stakeholders and vendors.
- Contribute to ongoing HRIS optimization and user adoption improvements.
- Lead and support HR transformation and process improvement initiatives across P&C.
- Map, redesign, and optimize HR workflows for efficiency and scalability.
- Track deliverables, timelines, and dependencies using Monday.com.
- Drive accountability and follow-up on HR actions and approvals across stakeholders.
- Continuously identify and implement operational improvements.
- Identify and implement opportunities to reduce manual HR processes through automation.
- Support adoption of AI tools, such as Google Gemini, and workflow automation platforms.
- Contribute to digital transformation initiatives within the P&C function.
- Design smarter, scalable HR processes through technology integration.
- Collaborate with HR and business stakeholders to support key P&C initiatives.
- Provide coordination support for HR operations and transformation projects.
- Ensure effective communication, follow-up, and execution across teams.
- Maintain confidentiality, accuracy, and professionalism in all HR activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Office Administration, or a related field.
- 5 years of extensive experience in HR operations, HR analytics, HR systems, or HR transformation roles.
- Strong experience with HRIS systems (ADP, Dayforce, Workday preferred).
- Proven experience in reporting, analytics, and data interpretation.
- Experience supporting process improvement and systems optimization in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and prioritization skills.
- Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong understanding of confidentiality and data governance.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently with ownership and accountability.
- Strong technical aptitude and comfort with learning new systems quickly.
- Experience with Monday.com or similar workflow/project management tools.
- Exposure to People Analytics or HR analytics frameworks.
- Experience with AI tools, automation platforms, or digital HR transformation.
- Demonstrated experience improving HR systems, workflows, or employee lifecycle processes.
