About the Role

Responsible for preparing batch-specific materials, transporting supplies and products, managing inventory, operating specialized equipment, and collaborating with production to ensure material availability and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare batch specific materials (staging) inside and outside of the cleanroom
  • Maintain full gown and garb qualification
  • Retrieve, prepare, stage, and deliver materials and supplies to production, packaging & inspection (finishing), and distribution center
  • Operate parts washers, sterilizers, autoclaves, and other relevant equipment
  • Communicate frequently and work inclusively with Team Leads, Supervisors, Scheduling, MQA, Training and other site personnel to meet production department goals
  • Comply with all federal, state, regulatory bodies (FDA, DEA, BOP, DEC, OSHA) and local municipalities
  • Meet site goals and objectives as part of a team
  • Initiate and foster a spirit of cooperation within and between departments
  • Perform high-level cleaning/disinfecting of sterile cleanrooms
  • Put items into stock (physical), perform cycle counts, and support physical inventory counts at required frequency
  • Transport recycling and packaging waste to final on-site disposal location
  • Observe all environmental, health, and safety policies
  • Perform other duties and tasks as assigned by management
  • Maintain proper documentation in appropriate logbooks and batch records
  • Become qualified in 1-5 processes outlined in the Operations Growth Chart

Requirements

  • Two years experience in a related field (manufacturing or pharmacy) preferred
