Responsibilities
- Advise customers to maximize sales potential.
- Open and close the store.
- Provide customers with a warm welcome.
- Assist customers in finding products, answering questions, explaining product features, and suggesting additional items.
- Be available to customers in the fitting room.
- Meet and exceed personal sales goals.
- Manage the sales floor in the absence of managers.
- Prepare, identify, and place products on the sales floor for a memorable shopping experience.
- Ensure cleanliness and tidiness in the store and backstore.
- Stay informed about new products to share recommendations with customers.
- Accompany customers to the cash register and process transactions.
- Respect and apply policies and procedures from various head office departments.
- Perform other duties as needed to support the team.
Requirements
- Previous sales experience.
- Appreciation for clothing that celebrates feel-good femininity (lingerie, sleepwear, swimwear).
- Ability to listen to customer needs and provide excellent service.
- Proactive and conscientious.
- Open to working holidays and longer hours during busy periods (depending on availability).
- Seeking a career that constantly offers new challenges.
- Functionally bilingual (an asset).
