Assist patients with exercise, ADLs, functional activities, and assistive device application per Occupational Therapist's treatment plan
Support Occupational Therapist in collecting outcome measures and completing complex treatment procedures
Educate patients, families, and health workers on procedures and functional activities as directed by the Occupational Therapist
Participate in ongoing program evaluation and development
Maintain thorough and timely documentation of all provided care
Adhere to AOTA Standards of Practice and Code of Ethics
Perform other assigned duties

Degree from a certified occupational therapy assistant training program
Current Occupational Therapist Assistant certification and license to practice in the state of application
Minimum of 1 year experience preferred, related to treatment of complex neurological injuries
Knowledge of complex neurologic injury and orthopedic rehabilitation techniques
Current CPR certification
