The first clinic is live and profitable, and the company is now in a growth phase. The internship is designed as an entry point, with a permanent role offered to successful candidates.

Responsibilities

  • Produce monthly reports (sheets/PDFs) and ad-hoc data analyses for management and shareholders.
  • Manage Google Ads operations and perform funnel/tracking QA.
  • Digitize and automate clinic processes to improve patient experience, streamline operations, reduce error rates, and ensure scalability.
  • Provide direct support to C-level executives.
  • Coordinate recruiting activities, including screening, scheduling, and feedback collection.
  • Handle HR administration for the clinic.
  • Manage procurement, maintenance, and supplier coordination.
  • Act as a liaison between HQ and the clinical team.
  • Take co-ownership of the operational tool stack.
  • Contribute to strategic development and growth projects, from preparing new clinical infrastructure to operational implementation.
  • Conduct strategic preparatory work and coordinate external partners (construction companies, architects, specialist planners).
  • Support applications and approvals for authorities and concessions, including deadline and document tracking.
  • Track budgets and timelines across all workstreams.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program at a leading university (e.g., Mannheim, St. Gallen, ESB Reutlingen, TUM, Frankfurt School) in Economics, (Industrial) Engineering, or a comparable field.
  • Available for full-time employment after the internship or graduation.
  • Structured and analytical thinker, also enjoys hands-on work.
  • Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets.
  • High interest in automation and AI.
  • Works meticulously, independently, and reliably.
