About the Role
The Partner Growth Specialist acts as the main contact for a portfolio of partner stores, resolving issues and improving performance. This role focuses on partner relationship building and retention, using data analysis to provide excellent service throughout the partner journey. The goal is to keep partners satisfied, consistently supplying, and inspired towards sustainable behavior to advance the company's mission.
Responsibilities
- Optimize store operations and enhance partner experience through phone, email, and text communication.
- Build strong partner relationships, understand their priorities and needs, and identify opportunities to grow supply and meals saved.
- Proactively manage store retention cases, address at-risk accounts, prevent churn, and maintain healthy partnerships.
- Develop in-depth knowledge of internal tools including Looker, Salesforce, Ninja, and MyStore.
- Contribute to projects focused on improving key KPIs, completing call lists and campaign actions.
- Collaborate with the Care Team as a partner advocate to improve user experience and education.
- Provide coverage for other partner managers, assist with projects, and host team meetings.
Requirements
- Bilingual or business proficiency in French.
- Experience in a B2B client-facing role, such as Sales, Account Management, or Customer Service.
- Experience working with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce), data analytics platforms (e.g., Looker, Tableau), and Excel/Google Sheets.
- Ability to effectively and quickly connect with partners over the phone.
- Excellent written communication skills for partner interactions.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with an empathetic and patient approach.
- Autonomous and independent, able to schedule time and manage multiple tasks.
- Positive, proactive mindset, adaptable to a fast-growing organization, and takes initiative.
- Team-player eager to learn, collaborate, and contribute ideas.
- General knowledge of the food and/or hospitality industry (Preferred).
- General knowledge of tech marketplace/SAAS customer success principles (Preferred).
