About the Role

Arcadis North America is seeking a Strategic Account Leader with demonstrated relationships with Consolidated Edison (ConEd). This role will focus on driving the growth of Arcadis' services across all business areas within ConEd, with a specific focus on Energy Transition, Environmental Site Assessment and Remediation, Power Delivery (Electrical Transmission, Distribution, and Storage), and Permitting and Planning. The ideal candidate will have a working relationship with ConEd in one or more of these key areas and will be able to immediately access new growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

Manage primary relationship with ConEd, ensuring exceptional customer experience and diversifying service offerings across Energy Transition, Power Delivery, Site Assessment and Remediation, and Permitting and Planning.
Develop and expand relationships across the ConEd enterprise to build partnerships and establish Arcadis as a trusted partner.
Collaborate with Arcadis teams to develop and deliver differentiated services and pursuit strategies.
Identify new business opportunities and develop winning strategies to support ConEd's needs with world-class projects.
Oversee contract administration, internal processes, and reporting for services delivered to ConEd.
Build internal execution teams to ensure successful project delivery, quality, schedule, and client satisfaction.
Collaborate with other Account Leaders to develop targeted pursuit strategies and expand Arcadis' presence in Power and Energy Sectors.
Engage frequently with clients, building and maintaining strong relationships through regular in-person meetings in the ConEd service area.

Requirements

A minimum of 20 years of relevant experience
Bachelors degree in Engineering or similar Science
Direct experience supporting ConEd through applicable services and solutions
A deep understanding of ConEd’s procurement process and expectations
Being located proximate to ConEd operational locations
