About the Role

Build the operational backbone for coordinated delivery across Swish Analytics. This senior leadership role involves owning work planning, prioritization, tracking, and delivery, leading cross-functional programs, and establishing the PMO's standards. Success is measured by predictable and visible organizational execution against goals.

Responsibilities

• Direct ownership of cross-functional programs spanning Trading, Engineering, Data Science, and Data Engineering.
• Accountable for delivery across team boundaries, including dependencies, sequencing, risk, and tradeoff decisions.
• Own and evolve frameworks for coherent company planning and execution, including intake, prioritization, change management, project lifecycle, definition of done, and release cadence.
• Establish cadence, instrumentation, and reporting for work visibility from strategy to execution.
• Surface risks early and ensure reprioritization is a deliberate, logged decision.
• Set the bar for delivery discipline across the organization and partner with department heads to raise standards.
• Lead, develop, and grow the PMO, setting behavioral and craft standards, coaching, calibrating, and building the team.

Requirements

• Experience standing up or substantially rebuilding a program management function.
• Demonstrated ability to design systems that coordinate work, not just run projects.
• Owned large cross-functional programs spanning multiple engineering and technical organizations with accountability for delivery.
• Ability to build for adoption, prioritizing simple, effective processes over comprehensive mandates.
• Capability to operate as a peer with department heads and founders, influencing prioritization decisions without formal authority.
• Sound judgment under pressure, escalating blockers cleanly and navigating competing priorities and organizational friction maturely.

Skills

• Experience in sports, sports betting, fintech, or real-time data environments (Preferred).
• Background scaling a program management team through rapid company change (Preferred).
• Familiarity with the Atlassian stack (Jira, Confluence) and lightweight automation (Preferred).
